CJ outraged over Islamabad standoff

QUETTA: Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry expressed outrage over the Islamabad standoff during proceedings of the Balochistan unrest case.

During proceedings, Chief Justice Chaudhry remarked that a person had taken Islamabad hostage for several hours and the shameful incident was seen by the entire world.

The Chief Justice was also critical of the security situation in Balochistan, stating that no one was interested in the province. He said no was paying any attention to the attack on Ziarat residency.
