Islamabad gunman Sikander had handlers’: Nisar

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan addressed the National Assembly on Monday and said that the issue of the Islamabad gunman was not a simple one as initial investigations indicated that Sikander had international handlers.

“International mobsters have been named by Sikander and initial findings conclude that he has some foreign handlers.” The interior minister further said that further arrests had been made including a policeman stationed at the Line of Control (LoC).
