PMI organizes 99th monthly seminar on ‘Managing Your IT Team’

KARACHI: The Project Management Institute (PMI) Karachi chapter organized the 99th monthly seminar on ‘Managing Your IT Team’ at a local hotel, where the speakers shared their vast experience with the participants.

Addressing the seminar, senior IT consultant and member International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Asad-ur-Rehman provided the techniques about how to run the business and manage the team.

The people from various multinational companies, firms and leading IT consultants attended the seminar.

The speakers shared their experience pertaining to managerial skills, delegation, communication, leadership and secrets to adopt these skills.

The main focus of the seminar was to enhance the management skills.

Talking to media, the participants termed the seminar as extremely informative and vowed to continue to attend such learning sessions in the future.
