Peshawar: 9 excise officials suspended on poor performance

PESHAWAR: Director General Excise and Taxation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Javed Marwat on Thursday suspended nine officials over corruption charges and showing poor performance, Geo News reported.

According to DG Excise and Taxation Javed Marwat, nine officials were suspended as they under performed and also faced corruption allegations.

The suspended personnel included an assistant sub-inspector, two inspectors and six constables.
