Three cops among four injured in Peshawar blast

PESHAWAR: At least four persons including three policemen and a civilian were injured in a bomb blast inside Hashtnagri Police Station here on Friday.

According to police, the improvised explosive device (IED) was planted in the motorbike parked inside the premises of the Hashtnagri Police Station, which went off with a big bang.

Reportedly, following the blast, a fire erupted in the station-house but the city's fire brigade unit brought it under control before it could spread out.

The injured were rushed to Lady Reading Hospital.
