ISLAMABAD: The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan has welcomed decision of the Pakistan’s political leadership taken at an All Parties Conference (APC) to hold talks with the militant outfit.
TTP spokesman Shahidullah Shahid said: “Taliban welcome the dialogue offer and have a positive outlook about joint communiqué of APC”
Shahid said that the Taliban will issue it's detailed point of view about the offer after a meeting of the militia's Shura (central decision making body).
The TTP has waged bloodiest war against Pakistan, in which over 40,000 people including 5000 security personnel lost their lives.
