PARIS: France will present a resolution on Syria's chemical weapons programme to the UN Security Council later on Tuesday, Foreign
Minister Laurent Fabius said.
The resolution will demand full disclosure by the regime of the scale of
the programme, commit the UN to "serious measures" in the event of
non-compliance and call for the authors of the August 21 attack to be held
responsible for their actions, Fabius said.
