CJ orders to fix hearing of election pleas on September 23

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has ordered to fix all the pleas related to election matters on September 23.

The orders came during the hearing of a case pertaining to fake degree of Tariq Bajwa on Thursday.

A three-judge bench headed by the CJ was hearing the case. The CJ said that the matter needed to be resolved soon. He directed all the parties to ensure their presence on September 23.
