LAHORE: Intelligence agencies on Wednesday arrested two men from Lahore on the charges of having links with Al-Qaeda, Geo News reported.

According to sources, the two young men named Arsalan Zubair and Umar Hassan were arrested by intelligence agencies in Lahore as they are believed to be Al-Qaeda members.

Arsalan, a resident of Multan, had arrived in Lahore to meet his cousin Umar when they were apprehended by intelligence agencies.

The held men are the students of a private university, sources added.
