PM, Army chief discuss Taliban talks

KAHUTA: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif met with Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani here on Friday.

According to sources, Prime Minister Sharif and COAS Kayani discussed the government’s decision to hold talks with the Taliban which was taken during the All Parties Conference (APC).

The meeting was also attended by DG ISI and DG Military Intelligence.
