KARACHI: Six people, including children and women, were injured after unknown assailants lobbed a hand grenade at a clinic in Muzaffarabad colony, Landhi which went off with a blast, Geo News reported quoting police on Sunday.

According to police, the attack was carried out on the clinic for failing to pay extortion money.
