ABU DHABI: South Africa reached 266 for the lost of 5 wickets in their allotted 50 overs to set Pakistan a target of 267 to win the match and keep the series alive at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi.

Winning the toss and batting first S.Africa got off to a good start with a stand of 87 between Amla and Q de Kock.

20 year old Q de Kock went on to score his maiden ODI hundred. He got to the target with a huge six over long on.

He was finally dismissed by Junaid Khan, but not before he got to 112 in 135 balls with 9 fours and a six.

Other main contributors to the S.African total were Hashim Amla (46) and skipper AB de Villiers(30).

M.Hafeez and Junaid Khan were the most successful Pakistan bowlers getting 2 wickets each for 34 and 42 runs respectively.
