Electronics godown gutted

LAHORE: Electronics worth thousands of rupees were burnt to ashes when a fire broke out in a godown at a plaza on Hall Road here on Saturday.

Shops adjacent to the godown were closed after the incident said Rescue 1122 spokesman. Vehicles of fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot and controlled the fire after hectic efforts.

However no loss of life was reported while the cause of the fire was stated to be a short circuit. (APP)
