Funeral suicide bomb near Baghdad kills 9: officials

BAGHDAD: A suicide bomber blew himself up in the middle of a funeral near Baghdad on Wednesday, killing at least nine people and wounding 23, officials said.

The afternoon attack struck in Abu Ghraib, a town just west of the capital, according to a police official and a medical source. (AFP)
