NADRA boss termination: IHC reserves ruling after daylong hearing

ISLAMABD: The Islamabad High Court has reserved verdict into a case relating to termination of NADRA chairman Tariq Malik following a daylong hearing, Geo News reported.

Malik’s counsel Babar Sattar said that the NADRA chairman will continue working till the completion of his tenure.

The government had sacked Tariq Malik overnight by issuing a notification through the establishment division.

Malik refused to accept the decision and moved the Islamabad High Court. The court directed him to continue his job till the court issues orders.
