Two dead 12 injured in accident on Indus Highway

HYDERABAD: At least two persons were killed and 12 others including five women were injured in a road accident on Indus Highway near Sehwan Jamshoro district on Friday.

According to the Edhi Welfare Foundation sources one of the deceased has been identified as Qurban Shaikh 26, a sub editor of a Sindhi language newspaper daily Kawish.

The accident happened when two passenger vans collided head on near Lucky Shah Saddar near Sehwan.

The injured were shifted to taluka hospital Sehwan and Liaquat University Hospital in Jamshoro.
