PERTH: England resumed at 251-5 and reached lunch at 332-6 on Tuesay on the last day of the third Ashes test at the WACA ground.

With the cracks on the wicket getting wider it seems a matter of time before Australia would regain the Ashes.

Ben Stokes has been brilliant and is the only chance England have of most probably delaying the inevitable.

Matt Prior has been the only wicket to fall today, as Stokes reached his maiden and fully deserved hundred

Scores:
Australia 385 (Steve Smith 111, David Warner 60, Brad Haddin 55; Stuart Broad 3-100, Jimmy Anderson 2-60) and 369-6 dec. (David Warner 112, Shane Watson 103, Chris Rogers 54, George Bailey 39 not out; Tim Bresnan 2-53, Ben Stokes 2-82).

England: 251 (Alastair Cook 72, Michael Carberry 43; Peter Siddle 3-36, Ryan Harris 3-48) and 332-6 (Ben Stokes 117 not out, Ian Bell 60, Kevin Pietersen 45; Mitchll Johnson 2-70). (AP)
