Section 144 for 30 days in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: Deputy Commissioner Peshawar under section 144 Cr PC has imposed ban on the writing, distribution of objectionable pamphlets, posters or wall chalking especially on mosques and Imam Bargahs.

Use of tinted glasses on private and public vehicles, display, carriage of weapons and printing, circulation of objectionable materials.

Any one found violating this order should be proceeded against under section 188 PPC.

This order shall come into force forthwith and shall remain enforce for 30 days with immediate effect. (PPI)
