Karachi pillion riding ban extended for another 24 hours

KARACHI:The Sindh Home Department Tuesday extended the pillion-riding ban for another day in Karachi, Geo News reported.

According to an official statement the ban would stay enforced on Wednesday (December 25, 2013).

Provincial governments across Pakistan had imposed the ban on pillion-riding on December 24 to ensure effective security during the observance of Hazrat Imam Hussain's (RA) Chehlum.
