Intelligence inspector among 3 arrested for kidnapping traders

LAHORE: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Punjab on Thursday arrested three alleged criminals on charges of kidnapping for ransom in Faisalabad.

According to FIA spokesman Khawaja Hammad, three accused Muhammad Farooq, Mian Anwar and an inspector of Intelligence department Rana Israr have been arrested for the kidnappings of traders.

The spokesman further said that FIA has lodged a case against the accused while search for other companions is underway.
