ABU DHABI: Pakistan fast bowler Junaid Khan grabbed his fourth five-wicket haul against Sri Lanka and Bilawal Bhatti made an impressive debut to bowl out the tourists for 204 on the opening day of the first Test on Tuesday.

Captain Angelo Mathews launched the late counterattack by hitting 91 off 147 balls with 15 fours before he was the last man to be dismissed after adding 80 valuable runs with the tailenders.

Bhatti (3-65) started the dramatic collapse by having three wickets in the space of eight balls after Sri Lanka appeared to have a confident start of 67-1.

He had Kaushal Perera (20), Mahela Jayawardene (5) and Dinesh Chandimal (0) before Khan (5-58) struck four blows.Saeed Ajmal ended Mathews´ resistance by having the Sri Lankan captain stumped after initially wicketkeeper Adnan Akmal had fumbled.
