Car bomb against army recruits kills eight in Baghdad

BAGHDAD: A car bomb targeting army recruits killed at least eight people in Baghdad on Sunday, security and medical officials said.

The blast occurred near a taxi and bus station in west Baghdad where men who had submitted applications to join the army were preparing to return to their homes.
