WELLINGTON: New Zealand´s Ross Taylor made his second-straight century and Kane Williamson his fifth-consecutive half century as the hosts made 303-5 batting first in Friday´s last game of the one-day series against India.

Taylor followed his unbeaten 112 in the fourth match at Hamilton with an innings of 102, sharing a 152-run third-wicket partnership with Williamson who made 88.

Williamson became only the second player after Pakistan´s Yasir Hameed to score half centuries in each innings of a five-match one-day series.

Williamson tallied 361 runs in the series, surpassing by 10 runs Nathan Astle´s record aggregate for New Zealand in a five-match series.

Taylor had two centuries and two half centuries in the series and totaled 343 runs at an average of 85.75. (AP)
