KARACHI: The Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) has refused to participate in the upcoming Asia Cup for the blind in the Indian city of Kochi.

The decision was taken after attacks and threats by Hindu extremist party Shiv Sena across India.

The Asia Cup for the blind is scheduled to take place from January 17-24 next year.

The PBCC Chairman Sultan Shah told Geo News that it was not feasible to send the team to India under the current situation.
