Shahid Afridi injured during practice

LAHORE: All-rounder Shahid Afridi was injured during a practice session for the upcoming Asia Cup.

Afridi was injured when he was struck by Juniad Khan’s delivery on the right cheek. The injury was not serious as the all-rounder walked off the pitch moments later.

National team coach, Moin Khan told reporters Afridi would take part in Friday’s practice.
