Gas pipeline blown up in Sui

SUI: A gas pipeline was blown up in Sui area of Balochistan here on Friday.

Official sources said that unknown men blew up part of an eight inch diameter pipeline carrying gas to the PPL plant in Pholon colony of Sui.

According to security officials, the insurgents detonated the planted explosives with a remote control. As a result, the gas supply to the PPL plant was suspended.

Local administration reached the site and threw a cordon around the area.

No arrest was made in this connection. (APP)
