Former PEMRA chairman arrested over illegal appointments

ISLAMABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Tuesday arrested former acting chairman of Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) Abdul Jabbar over allegedly illegal appointments and embezzlements.

The FIA official said that three more officers of the institution were also arrested.
