Two more matches today in World T20

SYLHET: Two more matches will be played today (Monday) in the first round Group ‘B’ of the World Twenty20 here at the Sylhet Divisional Stadium.

The first match will be played between Zimbabwe and Ireland from 2-30 pm (Pakistan standard time) while the second match of the day will be played between Netherlands and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from 6-30 pm (PST).

Pakistan will play a warm-up match against New Zealand at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur Dhaka. The match will begin from 2-30 pm (Pakistan standard time).

India will also play a warm-up match against Sri Lanka at the same venue from 6-30 (PST).

Earlier, two matches were played on Sunday, the opening day of the tournament.

In the opening match of the mega event, hosts Bangladesh outclassed Afghanistan by nine wickets at Dhaka and Nepal defeated Hong Kong by 80 runs in the second match played at Chittagong.
