8kg IED defused

QUETTA: Security forces defused eight kg Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Munguchar area of Kalat district on late Friday night.

According to Levies force, acting on a tip off security force along with bomb disposal squad personnel reached the site and defused improvised explosive device.

IED had been planted for sabotage act by unknown men, Levies force said.

Local administrations cordoned off the entire area and started efforts to arrest suspects. (APP)
