Police arrest 122 outlaws recover 31 weapons

KARACHI: Karachi Police and CIA apprehended 122 outlaws and reocovered 31 weapons from different areas of the metropolis.

According to a statement issued here on Thursday police and CIA conducted 91 raids and seven encounters with criminal elements during the last 24 hours.

The outlaws taken into custody included 16 absconders and proclaimed offenders while 45 suspects booked under narcotics act and 26 under arms act.

The statement further said that one person was taken into custody on charges of robbery and 34 more involved in other crimes were also arrested.

Law enforcers also recovered 31 different weapons and Charas from the arrested suspects.
