Hong Kong stocks 0.25 percent higher at open

HONG KONG: Hong Kong shares rose 0.25 percent in early exchanges on Friday, extending the previous day´s gains and following another pick-up in New York.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 56.69 points to 23,010.45 in the first few minutes.
