KARACHI: Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has asked the federal information minister Pervaiz Rashid not to ‘intervene’ in the affairs of provincial government.
Responding to the statement of Pervaiz Rashid, Sharjeel claimed that federal government is panicked and asked the information minister not to ‘dictate’ the provincial government.
Earlier, Rashid said Shahid Hayat is a good police officer and the Sindh government had itself chosen him. Removal of Hayat is irresponsible and non-serious act and the chief minister should review the decision, he added.
Memon said AIG Shahid Hayat was removed on the orders of Supreme Court.
