SINGAPORE: Oil prices were mixed in Asia Friday as traders took a breather after recent gains, but signs of stronger US gasoline demand and escalating tensions in Ukraine provided support.

US benchmark, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for delivery in July, was down 21 cents to $103.37 a barrel after rallying 86 cents in Yew York Thursday.Brent North Sea crude for July gained four cents to $110.01 a barrel in mid-morning trade.
