Bus cylinder blast kills one, injures many

KARACHI: One person lost his life while several others were injured when a CNG cylinder installed in a bus exploded with a blast near Fazal Mill here on Monday.

According to details, the cylinder of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fitted in a passenger bus which was parked near a petrol pump went off, letting out a loud blast. As a result, one man was killed and several more sustained wounds.

The injured were brought to a local hospital for treatment.
