ISLAMABAD: The focus of the government is to solve Pakistan’s problems, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Monday.
Speaking during a meeting here, the prime minister said those indulging in negative politics were increasing problems in the country.
Prime Minister Sharif directed party leaders not to be part of any no-confidence motion to topple the Khyber Pakutunkhwa government.
The prime minister emphasised that PML-N believed in democracy and wanted to see the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government complete its tenure in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The prime minister stressed that he would personally monitor energy projects in the country.
Nawaz Sharif directed the concerned authorities to take effective steps towards improving the power supply and distribution system of the country.
The Prime Minister said the government was committed to providing electricity to the people on reasonable rates.
