LHC dismisses petition seeking ISI, Pak Army probe of rigging

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday dismissed a petition seeking a probe by the ISI or Pakistan Army of rigging in the general elections.

The petition was filed by Kashif Sulemani Advocate and was declared non-admissible for hearing.

The court stated that it was not written in the constitution that election rigging should be probed by the ISI of Pakistan Army.
