KARACHI: Three people including two workers of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) were killed in firing incidents in Orangi Town and Korangi Industrial area, Geo News reported.

Police said unknown gunmen opened fire and injured Shahid 30, and Shahbaz 26 in street No. 9 Chhishti Nagar area of Orangi Town. They succumbed to their injuries while being shifted to hospital.

Police has termed it an incident of target killing.

In another firing incident, 30 years old man, riding on the motorcycle, was gunned down near Bilal Chorangi in Korangi Industrial Area.

Meanwhile, MQM Chief Altaf Hussain has strongly condemned killing of two party workers and said that provincial government was continuously showing indifference on such incidents.
