Hong Kong stocks open 0.46 percent higher

HONG KONG: Hong Kong shares rose 0.46 percent in the opening few minutes of trade Monday following data last week showing a surge in jobs creation in the US economy.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index climbed 110.50 points to 24,113.14.
