ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Spokesperson, Shireen Mazari on Monday refuted the reports suggesting that the PTI had opposed establishment of the proposed military courts aimed at speeding up the prosecution of terrorism suspects.

Earlier, sources said the PTI expressed its reservations over introduction of amendments in the constitution to pave the way for army courts’ formation.

The sources added that the PTI is of the view that establishment of military courts would be in clash with the fundamental human rights.
