NSC to meet Friday over Memogate

ISLAMABAD: The Parliamentary Committee on National Security tasked with the investigation into memo scandal will hold its meeting on Friday, Geo News reported Wednesday.

Senator Raza Rabbani will chair the meeting in which Jamat-e-Islami has decided not to participate in protest.

The committee has recorded replies of the concerned while Mansoor Ijaz had already been summoned for February 10.

Senator Prof. Khursheed of Jamat-e-Islami, who is a member of the committee, said that the body had endorsed a conditional restoration of Nato supply line which was unacceptable to JI. This was the reason why, we will not attend the meeting of the committee, he added.
