TORONTO: Jamaat Ali Shah, former commissioner of the Pakistan Indus Water Commission, has termed all the allegations leveled against him as 'baseless', saying that no one becomes traitor with such charges, Geo News reported.

In an exclusive interview with 'Geo News', Jamaat Ali Shah said he would defend himself at judicial or ministerial level forum.

Former Indus Water Commissioner said he came Canada in September 2011 because his mother was not well. 'I will return to Pakistan within 10 to 15 days', Jamaat Ali said, adding he has to take his pension as well.
