ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan has resumed contempt of the court proceedings against Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani today (Wednesday), Geo News reported.
A seven-member bench of apex court headed by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk and comprising Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Muhammad Ather Saeed would examine the proofs submitted by the Attorney General Maulvia Anwar-ul-Haq against PM.
It is worth mentioning here that on February 16, Attorney General submitted four volumes of documentary evidence before the Supreme Court in the prime minister’s contempt of court case.
