ISLAMABAD: Prior to President Asif Ali Zardari address to the joint session of the parliament, the government is struggling to woo the opposition for cooperation, Geo News reported.

In this regard, Khursheed Shah along with Maulana Fazlur Rehman met Senator Ishaq Dar. Later, opposition leader in the National Assembly Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan also arrived there for dialogues with the government.

According to sources, Khursheed Shah has appealed the opposition to cooperate during the president's address to the joint session.
