Shahbaz running royal system in Punjab: Pervaiz

LAHORE: Federal Minister for Industries Ch Pervaiz Elahi has said that claimant of being Khadam-e-Aala is running the royal system in Punjab.

Addressing a big public gathering and talking to the media at the final of All Pakistan Ch Zahoor Elahi Shaheed Gold Cup Kabaddi Tournament at Kot Qutub Din Kanjah Gujrat on Sunday, the PML-Q leader said the Punjab government has failed in every field to deliver and there is poor law and order everywhere in the province.

The former CM said he had established example of a people’s era but the Sharifs have taken the province backward in every field. He said the incidents of dacoities, loot and plunder and kidnapping for ransom have increased manifold. He said contrary to this, service to the people is objective of our politics.

Pervaiz said Kabaddi is a traditional game of the masses and his family had worked hard and made great contribution towards growth and popularity of this game.

He said because of this game now, Pakistan is known the world over.

Pervaiz was given enthusiastic reception by thousands of people chanting slogans.
