Saudi FM calls for Syrian people help

PARIS: Prince Saud Al-Faisal Al-Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs, called on the international community to 'assist Syrian people to defend themselves.'

Addressing a press conference here, Saud Al-Faisal said: "I am astonished that the regime which suppresses can continue to arm itself, while the innocent victims do not have the means to defend themselves," adding that "as long as the international community is unable to stop the bleeding, the least supposed thing from various countries is to help the Syrians in defending themselves".
