Five perish, three hurt in Chakwal road mishap

CHAKWAL: At least five people were killed and three others injured in a road accident here in the wee hours of Sunday, Geo News reported.

According to police, a Peshawar-Lahore bound mini truck collided with a trailer truck when its tyre burst in Salt Rang Kalar Kahar as a result five people died on the spot while three others received injuries.

Volunteers of 1122 shifted the dead bodies and the injured to district headquarter hospital Chakwal.
