Two shot dead, three hurt in Landhi

KARACHI: Two more people fell prey to the fresh incidents of firing while three others sustained injuries in Landhi area of the metropolis.

According to the police, the incident took place when unidentified armed men opened fire in Landhi #4, killing a man named Adnan Umar while member of Sunni Tehreek Maulana Saleem Abbas sustained injuries.

Leaders of Sunni Tehreek rushed to the hospital to inquire health of the victims and condemned the incident.

Meanwhile, three people received bullet wounds in separate incident of firing that occurred in Mansehra Colony area of Landhi. An injured person, identified as Nasir, succumbed to his injuries in Jinnah hospital.

A dead body of a woman was also found in Sohrab Goth area.
