LAHORE: Federal Interior Minister, Rehman Malik, Saturday said that Pakistani security agencies were not sleeping on the job and were fully alive to their responsibilities in all alertness, Geo News reported.

He said this while talking to a press briefing after inaugurating I.B.M System at Lahore airport.

Malik said the new system would go a long way in facilitating the air travelers.

Surveillance cameras would be installed at all the airports in order to keep tabs on immigration authorities performance, he added.

He said the people who think our agencies were sleeping are living in the fool’s paradise.

Malik said only unauthorized SIMs would be blocked and not all the pre-paid connections.
