PPP-PML-N will hold postponed talks tonight

ISLAMABAD: The ruling Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and the opposition party Pakistan Muslim League-N (ML-N) will hold the earlier postponed talks Wednesday night on matters relating to national political affairs, Geo News reported.

Sources told Geo News that the talks were scheduled yesterday, which were postponed due to the unavoidable engagements of PPP leader Khurshid Shah and these talks will now be held on the dinner table at Punjab House here.

Khurshid Shah and Syed Naveed Qamar from PPP, while Ishaque Dar, Khawja Asif and Sardar Mehtab fro ML-N are expected to participate in the talks.

Matters relating to parliamentary commission on new provinces and caretaker setup are likely to come up for discussions during the talks, sources said.
