PML-F decides to resign from ministries

KARACHI: Provincial Minister and PML-Functional leader, Imtiaz Sheikh, Friday announced his party was resigning from all the ministries it held owing to reservations on Local Government Ordinance, Geo News reported.

Talking to a press conference a fiery Sheikh further said that PML-F was completely bypassed regarding the promulgation of LG Ordinance and was quitting all the ministers it held as a protest.

Imtiaz Sheikh said the LG system was a matter of entire Sindh adding there should be only one system for the whole province instead of two.

“This cloak-and-dagger act has bifurcated the Sindh. We are not even provided with the copies of the ordinancel ”, said he.

He demanded that the districts should remain in Sindh.

Sheikh also said that the legislature should have decided on the LG Ordinance issue.
